Return and Refund Policy

Return requests for unused products in their original condition may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Requesting a return

Contact Food Wellness Labs through the Contact page before sending an item. The correct return address and authorisation instructions will be provided with the response.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the information and provide the appropriate resolution. Do not send the item back unless instructed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the authorised return. Original payment-provider processing times may apply after the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item through the authorised process and place a new order for the preferred product.
