Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within Brazil through our international fulfillment and logistics partners.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 0-2 business days, Monday to Friday. The order cutoff is 12:00 PM America/Sao_Paulo, Monday to Friday.

Transit

Standard transit is 7-12 business days after processing. The estimated total delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Cost

Standard shipping is free and there is no minimum order value. The price on the product page is the final price, with no hidden fees.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent after dispatch. Carrier events may take time to appear after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address. If an address issue prevents delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
